Design of Multi-Wavelength Diffractive Lenses Focusing Radiation of Different Wavelengths to Different Points

چکیده

We propose a method for calculating the so-called multi-wavelength diffractive lenses (MWDLs) intended separating and focusing radiation of L given wavelengths to points located in certain plane perpendicular optical axis. The is based on minimizing objective function characterizing deviation complex transmission functions MWDL from design points. In method, calculation reduced set independent pointwise optimization problems, each which describes microrelief at one point. presented results numerical simulation designed MWDLs confirm high performance proposed method. are confirmed by experimental investigations, including fabrication using direct laser writing technique study operation an experiment.
